Day of the Dead! Party!
Mary had a party last night, and we made sugar skulls! (The skulls are at the 10/24/04 entry on the moblog.)
I can't wait until Mary puts up some photos of her own -- she was using a proper digital camera, so they should definitely be better shots -- but I still love my stupid little low-res cellphone camera!

Where did you get the molds? I've been wanting to make them for years! They look adorable.

I got them at Kitchen Market in NYC - but they get them from http://www.mexicansugarskull.com/mexicansugarskull/index.htm and you can too. They were pretty easy to make - getting the sugar/water ratio right was a little tricky, but definately worth it - everyone had a great time decorating them!
