I color in the outline of the fool!

You know I love to go on about stupid crayon colors, but up until now my crayon commentary has been solely centered on Crayola and the poor custodianship by the current Crayola administration of their crayon-naming heritage. So it's my pleasure to branch out briefly and point you to this list of colors found in the box of "school quality" Mr. T Crayons.

Looking back at your old crayon posts (which totally should have been written in crayon and scanned in): They kept the siennas because Americans love to name their daughters Sienna. I do not know of anyone named Umber, but would very much like to see that. That boy could grow up and become a porn star: Raw Umber. Or Umber: Raw.

Hilarious.

BTW, I followed up on the custom crayola site and they are down for a while as they sell the consumer web business or some such nonsense. But you can buy bulk crayons from Dick Blick, so that's what we're doing next time around ...

"Right on Red"? Did they get these mixed in with the traffic crayons?
