Comments: Well, that's fine

This, I don't understand. This, I do.

I get that somebody might well be puzzled to find milk on Amazon. I wouldn't buy milk over the Internet myself, but then, I wouldn't bother tagging the milk for others to puzzle over.

No, what puzzled me was the tag on Better Together, a perfectly ordinary book from Bob "Bowling Alone" Putnam's gang over at Harvard. I mean, I had some issues with the book (talked about extensively at my Tohu Bohu when it came out), but ... wtf? And the person who tagged it has four reviews, two of which are one-star reviews of books about Gujarat? From the wish list, he (or just possibly she) is interested in Statistical Analysis, Massive Humanitarian Crises, and Leather Sofas. Oh, and Grammar Cranks. wtf?

Thanks,
-V.

Oddly, SOAS is the only item tagged under bollocks.

That is odd. You'd think this or this would make the cut.

My favorite "wtf" item is the Molecular Brain Research subscription, for $23,622.65 (non-refundable). Not an item you should even risk looking at, if you have One-Click turned on.
