Don't you want me (to tell your fortune), baby?

If you don't follow all my comment threads, you might have missed this link to the 80s tarot. (If there was a tarot card called "The Cannibal", I'm sure Roland Gift would have made the cut.)

Rose, of course, has been following the progress of the knitting tarot with great interest.

Since Amber has already covered two of our household's fandom niches, may I also suggest the Babylon 5 tarot?

NO.

There are some odd choices in that deck, I think. Madonna may be maternal now, but was she the Queen of Pentacles in the eighties? And Billy Idol doesn't seem dispassionate enough to be a Knight of Swords. Still, some interesting choices in there, certainly.

heh! sometimes i think we should just add a forum to the 80s tarot page. people have a lot of differing ideas (and some similar differing ideas) on what should be what! that's beautiful, hygenic discourse, people!

i think an 80s tarot mix cd is REALLY what we need now. in fact, a whole box of 'em -- everybody's version.

hey now!
