'Tis the season to be burning

Every time I wander into a store that's playing the most horrible Christmas songs ever (a selection which seems to be on infinite loop in most places of business), I want to climb over the counter, find their stereo, and force them to play this CD. Or any of the previous three volumes.

If you know me personally, any of these mixes can be had by the simple expedient of handing me a blank CD and asking me nicely, and then waiting about a month until I remember to do it.

I've got a whole directory of good Xmas music, but it's on my computer in Rhode Island, so I can't check my list until January.

Most notably missing from any of your mixes though: "Suzy Snowflake" by Soul Coughing, an excellent rendition complete with spoken-word bridge rendered in Hebrew by Yuval Gabay.

I also like "Christmas Day" by Sponge, and a couple of Trans-Siberian Orchestra tracks, but those are a bit more poppy.

Yeah, it's sort of inexplicable that Suzy Snowflake hasn't made it onto one of my Christmas CDs yet. I do have it on my Soul Coughing rarities collection.
