Parting is such sweet sorrow (sweeter when a rock band is seeing you off)

Man, it's sort of hard to believe this is the last week of my rock musical. I mean, yes, our efforts to persuade a producer to pony up a lot of money and let us keep doing the show somewhere else continue, but for all intents and purposes, we're at the final four (shows). It's been a blast, and not just because our cast has a lot of hot babes in it.

I am psyched to report that our closing night show this Sunday will feature one of my favorite local bands (if "local" is a word that can really be used to refer to a band whose lead singer recently moved to Seattle), Life in a Blender, playing after the show (although during would also be interesting).
